Tradex provides educational trading content, market analysis, trading signals, live sessions, and community access. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

3. Eligibility

4. Subscription & Payments

Membership plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at checkout. All payments are processed securely. By subscribing, you authorise Tradex to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if no content has been accessed. Tradex reserves the right to deny refund requests at its sole discretion.

6. Earnings Disclaimer

Trading financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any results shown by Tradex members, coaches, or promotional materials are not typical and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future earnings. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published by Tradex — including signals, strategies, educational materials, videos, and written content — is the exclusive property of Tradex and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without express written consent.

8. Community Standards

Members are expected to engage respectfully within the Tradex community. Tradex reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership of any user who engages in harassment, spamming, sharing of proprietary content outside the platform, or any behaviour deemed harmful to the community.

9. Termination

Tradex reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, without refund, at its sole discretion. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tradex and its coaches, affiliates, and team members shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any content provided.

11. Governing Law
